Line Dancing

A great aerobic exercise, line dancing also improves cognitive function. This is an hour class with the first thirty minutes dedicated to beginner steps. We take a 10 minute break and resume with intermediate dances. Beginners are welcome to come for the first half hour and either participate or observe the second half.

Aqua Aerobics

Exercise in the water? Exactly! This class includes 5 minutes of warm-up, 20-25 minutes of aerobics, 10 minutes of strength training and a 5 minute cool-down. Great cardio exercise with low impact on your joints. So, grab your suit and come on in!

Water Walking

This class focuses on strength and balance. We walk, run, ski and jax while traveling through the water. Water walking builds deep core strength and improves mobility and balance while toning the entire body.
