Living here.

Thank you for your interest. We’re delighted you are considering making an application for residency in our community & we’ve outlined the process here. Please be reassured all information in the application process will be handled confidentially by Wesley Commons.

  • 1) Your Decision
  • 2) Your Acceptance
  • 3) Your Agreement
  • 4) Your Occupancy

Initial Step.

When you decide to reserve a residence at Wesley Commons expect:

a. Reservation Agreement
You are invited to enter into the Reservation Agreement. The Reservation Agreement initiates the reservation for the residence as well as the application process. The Reservation Agreement is preliminary and precedent to the Residence and Services Agreement. This step allows you to select a specific type of residence and location, as well as to lock-in the Entrance Fee.

b. Reservation Deposit
Upon entering into the Reservation Agreement you are asked to make the Reservation Deposit of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) made payable to Wesley Commons. This deposit is fully refundable should you not proceed.

c. Disclosure Statement
Upon entering into the Reservation Agreement, we will provide you with a copy of our Disclosure Statement. The Disclosure Statement describes the organization, facilities, policies, services, fees, financial condition and projections, and other vital information related to Wesley Commons.

d. Application Forms
At this time, we request you fill out and return the following three forms within approximately 10 days:
(1) The Application for Admission form and
(2) The Confidential Financial Statement

Preliminary Acceptance.

A personal interview with a Wesley Commons representative is required. Once Wesley Commons has received the three application forms, the forms will be reviewed, and you will be notified in writing of your preliminary acceptance for admission. If your application is not approved for some reason, you will receive notification and a refund of the Reservation Deposit. This review normally takes about 30 days to complete.

Resident & Services Agreement & 10% Deposit

Upon acceptance, you are invited to enter into the Residence and Services Agreement. Upon entering into the Residence and Services Agreement, you are asked to make a deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Standard Entrance Fee for the residence you have selected, less the $1,000.00 Reservation Deposit you made in step number 1. The Ten Percent (10%) Deposit is fully refundable for 30 days, Deposit is refundable as described in the Residence and Services Agreement.

Please contact us to inquire about reserving your spot on our ready list ($10,000 deposit) in the event that we do not have availability of your desired floorplan.

Projected Occupancy Date & Balance of Entrance Fee.

You will be notified of the approximate date your residence will be available and ready for occupancy. You will be asked to schedule a move-in date with our Move-in Coordinator, who will coordinate the detailed arrangements of your move. The balance of the Entrance Fee for the Entrance Fee Option selected by you is payable upon occupancy, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Wesley Commons.
