Parkinson’s Support Group

3rd Tuesday of Each Month Wesley Commons sponsors a monthly support group for people with Parkinson’s, their caregivers, family and friends. The group meets on the third Tuesday of every month.

Supervised Weight Room

A great aerobic exercise, line dancing also improves cognitive function. This is an hour class with the first thirty minutes dedicated to beginner steps. We take a 10 minute break and resume with intermediate dances. Beginners are welcome to come for the first half...
