Supervised Weight Room

The weight room is open from 5am-9pm every day. Come in and take advantage of our 11 pieces of Paramount weight equipment, two treadmills, two Nu-Steps, a recumbent Bike, a CyberCycle, two elliptical machines, and a free weight station with stability balls. A trainer is available by appointment to assist or develop a training program and during Supervised Weight Room Time for assistance.
